MocDrive MD-60-210
The MocDrive MD-60-210 unites the performance of Trinamic chipsets with a stepper motor and industrial-suited PHOENIX round plugs M8 in one unit.
The MocDrive has a 60mm flange size stepper motor (NEMA 24) with 2.1Nm holding torque in addition to a stepper motor drive, including controller, driver and integrated encoder. The electronics are protected by an anodised splash water- and dust-protected aluminium case (IP54) with 8 connections, which additionally makes the EMC testing of your final product easier. The control unit housing only lies 15mm behind the motor.
The controlling takes place via RS-485. An integrated microcontroller with the operating system TMCL additionally enables a stand-alone operation. For configuration, parameterization and programming in the TMCL language, the windows program TMCL-IDE is available free of charge. This control is equipped with StallGuard2 torque- and motor-stand-surveillance.
The MD-60 is available as a complete device with standard assignment via our own private label „customotion“, customer-specific adjustments are possible fast and cost-effective.
