The MocAct42 is based on a stepper-motor-actuator with 42mm flange size (NEMA 17) with an external shaft.
The shaft is available in different gradients in order to achieve the optimal balance between force and velocity for your application.
The connections for power, communication and IO are placed on two industrial-suited plugs. Due to positioning next to the motor, a space-saving cable routing is made possible.
The system can already be customized cost-efficiently according to your individual needs at small quantities (from 10 pieces up).
The control takes place over RS-485, CAN or USB, whereby the easy to handle Trinamic script language TMCL is installed.
Parameterizing and operating occurs through the free TMCL-IDE. Thereby it is also made possible to install scripts for a stand-alone operation on the drive.
Optionally, versions with CANopen are deliverable too. Other interfaces only on request.
The control additionally supports other the Trinamic technologies StallGuard2, for sensorless load detection, CoolStep as well as StealthChop for a calm and efficient motor run.
The power supply can amount between 12 and 28V. There is a 24V input, a 24V output, a reference switch input as well as an analogue input 0V…10V (12V) available.
The case of black, anodised aluminium meets the protection class IP42 requirements, an additional sealing is customer-specifically possible.
