Description
This reference and limit switch was designed specifically for larger linear axes, as they occur for example on CNC machines. These axes usually require an exact switching point for referencing, while high masses or speeds require a long stopping distance after the switching point.
Conventional switches usually reach either a low precision or the stopping distance is too short, so that the switch can be easily destroyed while setting the axis. This assembly is also usually time consuming.
Initiators offer better solutions, however, require additional mounting hardware and are often expensive.
Our limit switch has an overrun of 10 mm and a precise switching point.

Can you send me a drawing or a 3d model of the limit switch?
Best regards Peter.
