The MD60-16SECL sets new standards for stepper motor-based compact drives:
The integrated bipolar 2-phase stepper motor with mounted control has a supply voltage of up to 48V and currents of up to 6A
It offers precise and fast position monitoring thanks to its high-resolution 24-bit encoder.
It is available in two versions with a magnetic encoder or alternatively with the Cambridge IC encoder CAM622 installed in the housing. Thanks to the innovative MOC-RSS© protective circuit, the MD60- 16SECL is optimally protected against motor overvoltages and thus guarantees safe operation.
The MD60-16SECL can be used both as a stand-alone solution or in host-controlled operation and offers flexible communication options via USB, RS-485 or CAN, with the CANopen protocol. Customer specific configurations for controlling the MD60 by in- and outputs can be realised to fit perfectly to your application.
The 24V-compatible inputs and outputs are short-circuit-proof and ensure a reliable connection to your control systems.
With a separate logic power supply of 24V, two digital outputs and three inputs (digital 24V or analog 0-10V), the MD60 can be flexibly adapted to a wide range of applications.
The integration of two reference switches and a home switch offers additional functionality for precise positioning.
The MD60-16SECL can also be individually adapted to your requirements: both firmware and hardware adaptations are possible.
Various connection options, including crimp connectors, push-in spring connections or industrial M8 and M12 round connectors, ensure optimal integration into your existing infrastructure. Optional accessories, such as metal housings in various IP protection classes, enable EMC-compliant operation under demanding environmental conditions.
